The Client Engagement Specialist is an essential role to the success of our EnrollSMART solution. He or she performs transactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance, benefit, and/or the EnrollSMART solution. The Client Engagement Specialist executes on RFP creation, carrier paperwork, keeping internal tools updated and more as it relates to our voluntary benefit strategy. He or she assists in keeping our client information up to date in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and engaging in implementation calls with our clients, enrollment firm and carrier partners on an as needed basis. The Client Engagement Specialist works closely with the benefits team to answer questions, access and deploy resources and execute on key tasks associated with the EnrollSMART solution for our clients.
